This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a license between you and Xtreme Book (“Xtreme Book”, “we”, “us”) for the Xtreme Book application, however you access it — through a web browser or through an Xtreme Book app distributed via an app store. It covers your right to use the app itself; how the underlying service works — accounts, billing, your data, acceptable use — is covered by our Terms of Service, which this EULA doesn’t replace. Installing, accessing, or using the app means you accept both.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Xtreme Book app on devices you own or control, solely for your own or your organization’s internal business use. This license doesn’t sell you the app or any copy of it — we and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in it.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app, except as the app itself allows (e.g., exporting your own data).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite the restriction.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice on the app.
- Use the app to build a competing product or service.
3. Updates
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the app from time to time, which may be applied automatically depending on your device and app store settings. Some updates may be required to continue using the app.
4. Third-party app store terms
If you obtained the app from a third-party platform (e.g., the Apple App Store or Google Play), your use is also subject to that platform’s own terms of service, and this Section applies in addition to those terms. Where this EULA and the platform’s own required terms conflict, the platform’s required terms control solely as to the matters below:
- This EULA is between you and Xtreme Book only, not the platform provider, and Xtreme Book — not the platform provider — is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- The license granted here is limited to use on a device you own or control, as permitted by that platform’s usage rules.
- The platform provider has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app.
- To the extent not disclaimed under “Disclaimers” below, and subject to any statutory consumer-protection rights you can’t waive, the platform provider has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claim, loss, or liability arising from a failure to conform to a warranty is Xtreme Book’s responsibility alone.
- The platform provider isn’t responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party has relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims it fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, or claims under consumer protection law.
- Should a third party claim the app, or your possession and use of it, infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Xtreme Book — not the platform provider — is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any such claim.
- You represent you're not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you're not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- If you're using the app within the European Union, you may also have statutory rights against Xtreme Book regarding defects in the app under applicable law, in addition to anything in this EULA.
- The platform provider, and its subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance, that provider has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
5. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law — see “Disclaimers” and “Limitation of liability” in our Terms of Service, which apply equally here.
6. Term & termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms, or if you uninstall the app and stop using the Service. We may also terminate it as described in our Terms of Service. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall the app.

We may update this EULA the same way we update our Terms of Service — see “Changes to these Terms” there.
